Taxes and Duties to USA
- Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes, however are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these additional fees. These are fees imposed by the government of the United States.
- We are unable to provide estimates for customs fees - please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
- A traceable tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. This is not available for USA shipments at this time.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
- Standard Post is insured for damaged or lost packages. Some items cannot be shipped by standard methods if they require extra freight.
- Stolen packages are not insured and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to require "signature upon delivery" for any order over $500.00.
Delayed Ship Option
If an item on our website says "delayed ship" this means that the product is not currently instock but that it is either on order or we can order it in for you in a reasonable time frame. Two ways to discover what this time frame might be:
- Add the item to your cart and purchase it through our web store. Our team will receive the order, place you in the order queue for priority and will then update your order information with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for that item. In most cases, in normal circumstances, delayed ship would mean 1-3 weeks.
- Contact us directly through our contact page and our sales team can provide a rough estimate
- Sale pricing not applicable on delayed ship items unless specifically noted on the item page
- Payment is taken at the time of order placement. To cancel requests, please Contact Us.
Note: If our sales team determines upon receipt of your order that this item cannot be ordered and shipped to you within a reasonable time frame due to supply circumstance at that time, your order may not be processed. If this occurs, you will be notified and your card will not be charged.
