*Info To Bring:
When picking up your SPOT rental please bring: names & phone numbers for 2 emergency contacts, health & allergy info, and 1 or more email address you want the tracking map info sent to.
*Allow for 20 mins when picking up, because we have to program the above info you provide into the device.
Pick Up & Drop Off Days:
- You can pick up your rental anytime after 2:00 pm
- Pick up days are free of charge after 2:00 pm, the day before your first paid day
- Return/Drop-Off days are free of charge up to 12 noon, following your last paid day
Payment Terms:
- Payment is due in full at time of booking
- A $25.00 cancellation feel will be applied to any bookings cancelled prior to pick up
- Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will receive no refunds
