WAVpaddling Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration is not complete until full payment is received.

• All paddling Course fees, minus a $40 administration fee will be refunded with a minimum fourteen (14) days notice. Course fees may be transferred to another course within the current season with a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice.
• All non-paddling course fees, minus a 30% administration fee will be refunded with a minimum fourteen (14) days notice. Course fees may be transferred to another course within the current season with a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice.
• Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the course will result in a 60% cancellation charge.
• Cancellation within seven (7) days of the course will result in no refund.

Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. Proof of incident may be respectfully requested.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to weather, water conditions or insufficient registration. In such cases, participants will have the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full and prompt refund.
