Because your spot is paired with your DeLorme GPS, SOS messages will contain your GPS position so rescuers can locate you quickly and precisely.  The PN GPS series has been tested in the world's most extreme conditions, including the North Pole and Mt. Everest.  Tested to military standards for vibration and shock, waterproof, capable of functioning high humidity levels, and with a temperature range from -20 C to +75 C, the PN series will guide you anywhere your adventures go.

The included Topo North America software allows you exceptionally full-featured travel planning and routing, all compatible with your GPS.  Create your own customized maps with road and trail routes, scout locations as if you were there with realistic 3-D, 360-degree imaging, mark places of interest, and exchange files with the GPS unit or print them off for take-along reference.
