Evergreen's take on the classic Prospector results in a boat which is well suited to all kinds of paddling. The Prospector will handle flat water and whitewater paddling, will paddle both solo and tandem, and carries a decent payload.

The Evergreen Prospector is a canoe design that isn't particularly suited to one type of paddling but it does everything well. Compared to the Nova Craft Prospector 16 the Evergreen has less volume, especially in the ends. Less volume will make it plunge more when going through big waves in rapids but will assist in better, more efficient tracking on flat water.
