The Esquif Pocket Canyon T-Formex Canoe is a compact, highly maneuverable tandem whitewater canoe built for paddlers who want quick handling, confident control and plenty of fun on technical rivers.

At 14 ft 6 in, the Pocket Canyon sits between a dedicated whitewater playboat and a short tripping canoe. Its compact length and 4 inches of rocker at the bow and stern make it highly responsive in moving water, while the shallow-arch hull provides a strong balance of stability and maneuverability.

The flared hull helps deflect waves and keep the canoe drier in choppy conditions, while the responsive shape makes eddy turns, ferries and quick direction changes easier to control. With a 770 lb carrying capacity, there is enough room for two paddlers plus gear for day trips and short overnight adventures.

Built from durable T-Formex, the Pocket Canyon is designed to take the impacts and abrasion that come with river travel while remaining manageable at approximately 59 lb.

Fast, playful and confidence-inspiring, the Esquif Pocket Canyon is an excellent choice for tandem whitewater paddling, technical river runs and shorter wilderness trips where maneuverability matters more than maximum cargo space.

Pricing & Pickup

At Wilderness Supply, we work hard to keep canoe pricing fair and predictable. Canoe prices are either listed at the manufacturer’s MSRP or include a small portion of the freight cost to one of our retail locations, with the rest covered by us. That means in-stock canoes and boats pre-ordered on our regular bulk shipments don’t incur surprise shipping fees.

Canoes ordered outside our bulk shipment windows may incur additional freight charges to our retail store locations. We will always discuss and confirm that with you in advance.

Our goal is simple: make it easy to get the right boat, at a fair price, with no guesswork and no last-minute surprises.
